Les droits humains sont en recul partout dans le monde … unissons nous pour mieux les défendre !
Avec le projet « Hors des Sentiers Battus – Vers un Plaidoyer Jeune pour les Droits humains et la Mobilité européenne en milieu rural », de mi-2026 à début 2028, un groupe de jeunes ardéchois ·es sera accompagné dans la création d’un plaidoyer jeune à l’échelle départementale en faveur des droits humains et de la mobilité européenne.
Pour apprendre et s’inspirer de nos voisins européens, ils.elles auront la chance de rencontrer des jeunes néerlandais accompagnés par l’association Stichting SCN pour échanger sur le sujet !
Objectifs
Pour apprendre, débattre et s’exprimer ensemble sur les droits humains, les jeunes participant·e·s pourront choisir parmi un large panel de méthodes d’expression et de dialogue créatives et alternatives proposées par les partenaires : l’art social et solidaire de l’association Miroir, l’audiovisuel participatif de ReZonance, et l’éducation populaire des centres La Pinède et Revivre mais aussi de Stichting SCN aux Pays-Bas.
Ces activités leur permettront de :
– Explorer progressivement la thématique des droits humains, en passant des points de vues individuels à une expression collective, et en abordant les différents contextes impliqués (France, Union européenne …) à travers des méthodes créatives ;
– Enrichir leurs horizons de deux échanges de jeunes avec les Pays-Bas, pour découvrir comment les droits humains sont perçus et défendus ailleurs en Europe ;
– Mener une campagne de sensibilisation ou « plaidoyer » en Ardèche en restituant de manière créative les messages des participant·e·s pour engager un dialogue citoyen auprès de la jeunesse ardéchoise et des décideurs locaux.
Activités
Des ateliers locaux, mobilités européennes et événements publics impliqueront 20 jeunes ardéchois·es en deux grandes phases thématiques :
2026-2027 | Droits Humains & Mobilité: Des perspectives individuelles à une expression collective
2027-2028 | Droits Humains & Mobilité: Politiques & Engagements citoyens
Chaque phase impliquera :
– Ateliers locaux en Ardèche : des méthodes de participation alternatives (art social, audiovisuel participatif) facilitant l’expression individuelle et collective, et préparant un plaidoyer créatif, seront employées lors d’ateliers collectifs en Ardèche.
– Mobilités européennes: un échange de jeunes en Ardèche (Octobre 2026) et un aux Pays-Bas (Juillet-Août 2027) comparant les perspectives des jeunes de deux pays, ajoutant une dimension interculturelle aux réflexions.
– Evénement de restitution: un événement public organisé pour restituer leur parole et mener un dialogue citoyen avec jeunes et décideurs du territoire, l’un début 2027 et l’autre début 2028.
Les créations, mêlant arts graphiques, vidéo et son sous une forme décidée par les jeunes, contribueront aussi à une campagne de sensibilisation en ligne. Curieux des résultats ? Stay tuned !
Off the Beaten Track – Youth Advocacy for Human rights and European mobility in rural areas
Human rights are in decline across the globe… let us unite to defend them better!
Through the « Off the Beaten Track » project, running from mid-2026 to early 2028, a group of young people from the Ardèche region will be supported in developing a youth-led advocacy initiative at the departmental level, championing human rights and European mobility.
To learn from and draw inspiration from our European neighbors, they will have the opportunity to meet young people from the Netherlands—supported by the Stichting SCN association—to discuss the topic!
Objectives
To learn, debate, and express themselves together on human rights, young participants will be able to choose from a wide range of creative and alternative methods of expression and dialogue offered by the partners: social and collective art with the Miroir association, participatory audiovisual creations with ReZonance, and the « éducation populaire » of La Pinède and Revivre centers, as well as Stichting SCN in the Netherlands.
These activities will allow them to:
– Gradually explore the theme of human rights, moving from individual viewpoints to collective expression and addressing the various contexts involved (France, the European Union, etc.) through creative methods;
– Broaden their horizons through two youth exchanges with the Netherlands, to discover how human rights are perceived and defended elsewhere in Europe;
– Create and lead an awareness-raising or « advocacy » campaign in Ardèche, creatively presenting the participants’ messages to foster a dialogue between Ardèche’s youth and local decision-makers.
Activities
Local workshops, European mobility opportunities, and public events will involve 20 young people from the Ardèche region across two major thematic phases:
2026-2027 | Human Rights & Mobility: From Individual Perspectives to Collective Expression
2027-2028 | Human Rights & Mobility: Policies & Citizen Engagement
Each phase will involve:
– Local workshops in Ardèche: alternative participatory methods (social art, participatory audiovisual media)—facilitating individual and collective expression and paving the way for creative advocacy—will be used during group workshops in Ardèche.
– European mobility x2 : a youth exchange in Ardèche (October 2026) and one in the Netherlands (July–August 2027) comparing the perspectives of young people from both countries, adding an intercultural dimension to the discussions.
– Public events: a public event organized to share their views and foster a dialogue between young people and local decision-makers—one in early 2027 and the other in early 2028.
The creations—blending graphic arts, video, and sound in a format chosen by the young people themselves—will also contribute to an online awareness campaign. Curious to see the results? Stay tuned!
